This special stamp issuance celebrates a regional philatelic journey and cultural connection in conjunction with the Five-Nation Stamp Exhibition Perlis 2026 and the 100th anniversary of the Fédération Internationale de Philatélie (FIP). Coinciding with these significant milestones, the release highlights the shared heritage, friendships, and united passion of collectors across the participating nations since the platform's evolution from its 2011 Tri-Nation origins.
